Protestors in every state are fighting for justice for the many unarmed black people that have been murdered by police. People are searching for how to get woke, stay woke, and support change. For those of you not able to protest, there are many ways to help! Donate to the black-led national bailout fund for protestors being arraigned, sign petitions to push justice for the innocent lives lost by police offers who remain free, and start and continue to support black businesses.

The Washington Post reported “the number of working African American business owners in the United States plummeted more than 40% … a far steeper drop that other racial groups experienced” due to the coronavirus. It is our job to seek out and support black-owned businesses to not only close the racial wealth gap, but to celebrate black culture that serves our communities.
It’s a privilege to educate yourself about racism instead of having experienced it. Help make a change one step at a time by supporting these brands and your local black-owned businesses. Comment below with your personal favorites as well!
We still have a dream.
