Shoe Focus

Fashion is forever, and forever it’s changing. A major detail in all runway collections are shoes (obvi). This year’s Spring/Summer runways held unique styles, as well as classics – with an edge.

Tribal

My personal favorite footwear trend of this season is the tribal sandal. Designers like Chloe and Dolce & Gabbana reintroduced this vibe using vibrant colorways and pom details, with fast-fashion brands following soon after. Shop similar styles below!

Slides

The popularity of this shoe is hard to ignore! Designers everywhere are adding a twist to the classic sportif slides by adding fur, lace, and height, for a casual daytime look, to a chic night out. Rihanna’s Fenty x Puma slippers were much anticipated and have been all over social platforms, styled with bedroom pieces, in the house and on the streets – a normal day for RiRi.

Sneakers

Sneakers are an essential for many, but high fashion designers are emphasizing sneakers much more now that flats are “back.” Don’t be afraid to rock a pair of casual sneaks with new textures, colors, heights, and materials.
